Terms of Service

Last updated September 3, 2026

These terms cover vsyou.app and the VSYOU app. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

The service

VSYOU turns tasks, habits and goals into match-ups — Me vs Me, You vs You, Me vs You, Us vs Goal, or Team vs Deadline — tracked with proof, streaks and leaderboards.

Accounts

You need an account to create or join challenges. You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity on your account.

Your content and proof

  • You own the photos, videos, screenshots and voice notes you submit as proof.
  • By submitting proof to a challenge, you grant the participants and creator of that challenge or group the ability to view it, for as long as the challenge is active.
  • Don’t submit proof that isn’t genuinely yours, or that misrepresents what you did.

Acceptable use

  • No harassment, abuse or spam, including through reminders or nudges.
  • No faking or gaming proof, streaks or leaderboard standings.
  • No using the service for anything unlawful or that infringes others’ rights.

Plans & billing

Free gives you the core product at no cost. Pro and Teams are paid, billed on a recurring basis at the price shown at checkout. You can cancel a paid plan at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for.

Third-party integrations

WhatsApp and Telegram reminders are integration-ready but not live in the current version of the product. When enabled, your use of them is also subject to WhatsApp’s and Telegram’s own terms.

Challenges & leaderboards

Challenges, streaks and leaderboards are motivational features, not a guarantee of any outcome, prize or reward unless a specific challenge explicitly states otherwise.

Termination

You can stop using VSYOU at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimer & liability

VSYOU is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as VSYOU develops. We’ll update the date at the top when we do.
